Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about the current preview.
Can I order from Lbayk now?
No. This is a preview with illustrative merchants and prices. There is no real ordering, payment or delivery.
Are the merchants and prices real?
No. Names and prices are illustrative examples for display only and do not mean a service or product is available.
Which cities are covered?
Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. Cairo and Alexandria samples are published; Giza samples are not yet.
Is the assistant a person?
No. The Lbayk assistant is automated. It can make mistakes and does not confirm availability, prices or bookings.
How do I change text size or contrast?
Press the accessibility button at the side to change text size, contrast, motion and more. Your choices are kept on your device.
I run a shop or service. What do I do?
See the Lbayk Business page. Real merchant activation needs account and service setup, which is not available from the page yet.
